Access to your Google Ads account (or we create one), your Google Business Profile, your website URL, and a conversation about your services, service area, and what a good lead looks like. If running Meta Ads, we need Meta Business Manager access too. We handle conversion tracking, call tracking, and campaign builds from there.
Yes. Most clients come to us with campaigns that aren’t performing. We audit the account, find what’s wasting budget, and rebuild or restructure as needed. You keep all historical data, quality scores, and conversion history. We don’t start from scratch unless the account is beyond repair.
We can get everything live within about a month. We don’t rush it because we want you set up right. First we learn your business, what’s worked, what hasn’t, where your website stands. Then we build campaigns, configure tracking, and schedule a launch call to go live with your approval.

Yes. We’re based in the Cincinnati area but manage campaigns nationwide. Google Ads and Meta Ads work the same whether you’re targeting one zip code or an entire state. As long as we can hop on a call and understand your business, location doesn’t matter.

Working Together

You work directly with the person managing your campaigns. No account manager relay, no junior staff learning on your budget. When you call or email, you’re talking to the same person who built your campaigns and reviews your data every week.
You get a monthly performance report covering impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per lead, and return on ad spend, broken down by campaign and platform. You also have full access to your ad accounts at all times. If something needs attention between reports, we reach out proactively.
Most clients see leads within the first week of going live, especially with Google Search Ads. Meaningful optimization takes 60 to 90 days as the algorithms learn which audiences, keywords, and placements convert best. We set expectations clearly upfront so you know what to look for at each stage.
By 90 days we almost never expect a client to not be seeing results. But if something isn’t where it should be, we dig into the data and figure out why. Sometimes it’s the landing page, sometimes the market shifted, sometimes we need to adjust targeting or budget. We walk you through what we’re seeing, what we’ve tested, and what the options are. We’re not in the business of billing someone for something that isn’t working.
