SMS program description: If you opt in to SMS by submitting your phone number through a form on goodpupdigital.com or by booking an appointment through our online calendar, Good Pup Digital (operated by EJW ENTERPRISES LLC) may send you transactional text messages related to your inquiry or appointment. Message categories include: inquiry confirmation, appointment booking confirmation, 24-hour appointment reminder, 1-hour appointment reminder, reschedule assistance, and brief post-appointment follow-up. These messages are service-related only and contain no promotional, marketing, or sales content.
Message frequency and data rates: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You will generally receive between 2 and 6 messages per scheduled appointment. Message and data rates may apply; please check with your wireless carrier.
Opt-out instructions: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP (Text STOP) to any message you receive from Good Pup Digital. After replying STOP you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive additional SMS messages from us.
